Her education and diverse background bring knowledge and expertise to the field of ophthalmology. Fellowship trained in Glaucoma at Weill Cornell, while serving as a clinical instructor, allowed her to take on most challenging cases, learning the newest techniques.

She had always excelled academically, graduating as valedictorian, and Summa cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Master’s Degree in Biophysics and earning Magna Cum Laude distinction for her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics with a Chemistry minor. During her Ophthalmology Residency in Florida, she was appointed Chief Resident and has since contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications.

During medical school at Nova Southeastern University, she was chosen for membership in the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Her commitment to service includes recent mission trips to Guatemala, Mexico, Mongolia, to the name the least. 

She has served as Vice President of Austin Ophthalmology Society, an organization dedicated to fostering community growth and advancing education amongst across various subspecialities. Starting 2025 she is excited to serve as the president of the society upcoming year.

 Dr. Volosko specializes in the medical and surgical management of Glaucoma, Cataract surgery, and various other eye conditions. She is excited to be a part of year healthcare team!
